How to get cooking recipe in Harvest Moon-Back to Nature PS1? ?

How and where to get cooking recipe in Harvest Moon? I have one recipe already that I get from mining in the cave that only enter during winter(first year). In addition, supermarket also didn't sell any cooking recipe.Or I need to watch TV(the cooking show)? Please answer me...Thanks
